After my purchase, when will I receive my images ? I check the emails every day. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for delivery. If you do not receive your images within that time, please email us. At times, the internet can be busy and slow, so please be patient. Posters are not preprinted. They are printed per request. Poster print times are usually within 48 hours. They are then set up for UPS and a tracking number is supplied.

How will my (Image File) images arrive ? All images will be emailed in Zip format. We use Winzip which is very common. Some files may be large, so again, be patient. If there is a firewall, the (filename).zip may be reversed to (filename).piz Simply rename the .piz extention to. zip before unzipping. If you have a MAC, let us know. We cannot use Winzip. The Images would be sent unzipped.

What about Prints of your Photographs ? I do offer prints of many of the photos you see, but the varying sizes available require custom work. cropping and pricing. Requests from 5" x 7" (12.7cm x 17.8cm) to large posters 24' x 36" and up to about 40" (60.96 cm x 91.44 cm) have been made. The 8" x 10" Prints offered will be sized accordingly. They will be printed relative to the image shown which may mean portrait or landscape orientation. There also may be some cropping involved, but the true image will be preserved. Poster cost is currently about 14.00 Sq. Ft. plus the cost of the photo and shipping. Please email me with special requests and I will return a quote for your review. Print size will be relative to the photo. Also, many of the photos you will see, will ONLY be available in prints which will be noted. The reason is their originality. Some of these exact photos cannot be found elsewhere in the world. The prints are carefully packed and sent. Framing is totally up to you. Caution: Pixelation can occur if you print request is too large for the available image.

What about Poster Shipping ? Posters are rolled and shipped in quality 24 and 36 " tubes. Orders containing both Posters and prints will be combined into a tube for protection.

Poster Information Trim measurements are approximate within +/-10%. Price includes Poster, Image, Shipping First Class and Handling. We use quality kraft tubing for shipping the Posters UPS. These Images are available ONLY as Print and Posters. 24" x 36" to 24 x 40" Stated measurements are for maximum resolution. Measure = W x H The "Natural Images Online" Overlay will not appear in the Prints.
